I knew he was a boy. If people would just read the description of the comic, they would know, seeing as it SAYS he's a boy. I don't think he looks like a girl.

He totally looks like a boy. Don't change a thing. The clothes you chose were masculine, so people would assume boy before girl( at least I would). ^^

Compared to many of the comics I've seen around here, he does look like a boy (young boy, but still a boy). But if you want him to look more masculine, try to give him broader shoulders and don't give him curved hips. Usually, men also have longer, stronger chins and straighter jaws. :) But, honestly, he looks like his proper gender - within the style, at least.
